I can't seem to find a way to R/W memory to do non Cosmos statements, does anyone know how?

please explain what you want.

cosmos supports the same kind of memory .net does: local variables,
object, parameters, etc....

I mean accessing memory at  0x5500F- 0xAAFF3

Why you want to access that specific memory?

Give an  application (Toaster.FEA) that address space to run and occupy.

Ok, but why specifically that address space?

You could just create an array of that size, and using unsafe code get the memory pointer, if you really need unsafe code (better to stay away from it)..

var xMyDataBuffer = new byte[0x55FE4];
unsafe{
    fixed(byte* xMyDataBufferStart = &xMyDataBuffer) {
        // your code here.
    }
}
