How About a License Change?

Dec 31, 2010 at 6:24 PM

Can I Sell or Redistribute My Os i made from the Cosmos Compiler? I don't think its fair for a OS developer to write a Advanced OS using the cosmos compiler and Then he can't do anything with it.

I mean If you make a OS with any compiler the OS should totally be yours. I'm not saying that you should not give credit where credit is due but it would not be nice if you told somebody you made and OS

but it is not yours to say that you can sell it. I think you should really upgrade the license. Tell people to just give credit to the cosmos project. Example Like Bill Gates he doesn't want his name  on every computer or his companys name on it he just wants people to  say  "Bill gates helped create the computer."

PS: I hate selling software, infact i create useful applications and upload it to my site to be download by the world for FREE, even though it is advanced or not . I just want MY OS TO BE TRULY MINE and  I WILL AND ALWAYS GIVE CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE.

If you cant understand that, nothing I'm going to say is going to make
sense.

BSD quite bluntly is one of the most simple licenses ever made.
