Open Dlls

i would like to run a dll that is not in the project like a addon e.g. the user type in the url of the dll and then it will run the "main.init()"

For the same reason Linux SOs dont run on Windows and Windows DLLs dont
run on Linux, you can't run DLLs on Cosmos unless they are pure .NET
assemblies.

And besides that, runtime loading is not yet supported...
