When will it come? Also, could I help with it in any way?

We need help improving the current compiler first. It's (partially) a mess which needs cleaned up first, before adding a second target..
If you're interested, please join the mailinglist and irc channel so we can discuss things..

You could help a bit with our compiler work that we need before x64,
this would then make it easier to add ARM support. We also need LEG support.

I would suggest you work with blueskeye on the X# compiler changes. After that you can create A# for Arm for ARM support using the X# compiler.
