How to do a INT 10h in Cosmos.

I tried

  new CPUx86.INT {DestinationValue = 0x10 };

and

   new CPUx86.INT {StartAddress = 0x10 };

and

  new CPUx86.INT {DestinationDisplacement = 0x10 };

and

  new CPUx86.INT { DestinationValue = 0x10 };
