Registered the provider and connection centrally in DebugInfo.cs instead of in each file that uses DebugInfo as this is better coding practice. Fixed the EntityFramework not found bug on build of OS by modifying installer.

icedream has uploaded a patch.

Description:
This patch is related to the issue of not being able to use COSMOS in Visual Studio 2012. It allows you to install COSMOS into Visual Studio 2012 and include it in your project.

I didn't test if built operating systems based on COSMOS would work 100% this way, but this is at least a beginning. I'm also pretty sure that after applying this patch, COSMOS won't be able to work with VS2010 anymore - not really a surprise.
