Redo cxdb file

Its horribly horribly slow.... Use binary or anything... are there any free .NET dbs we can use?

Problem with this routine, is that it also reads the .pdb files, and extracts info from them. I'm expecting that will be slow as well.

Just reading the List<MLDebugSymbol> from the .cxdb file is probably slow at the moment, but very easily adjustable, problem probably lies in the pdb loading...
