uninstall error userkit release 87612

ERROR:
RUNTIME ERROR at 36:416
Internal Error:cannot disable FS redirection on this version of windows
I am attaching snapshot of that error....
Can anybody tell me what is the problem...?
My OS is XP

Same in 7...i don't know how to uninstall it...

So do i.My windows version is XP SP3.I installed Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate and Sql Server 2008 in my computer.Today when i want to unistall cosmos，i see the same error.I tryed to unistall it with windows install clean up,but in the list ,i cannot see it.At last i unistall it with iobit unistaller.But when i finished,VS2010 still have the toolbar of cosmos.
Did anyone else know how to completely uninstall clean.

The next build will auto clean up the best it can previous recent installs (not old MS releases though) best it can. Its not a substitute for an uninstall but will allow install "over" in many cases.
