How to update clock in runtime?

Jul 13, 2010 at 8:31 AM

Hello.

I have made a simple text clock that displays the current time. But how can I update it in runtime?
An example, the user writes "view time" and the the current time shows. And now I want to update the clock in runtime. I dont want to make a new line, I want to update the current line.
If this is possible, how do I do It?

There's the programmable interrupt timer but it's a pain to use, and
quite inaccurate for time-keeping
