Does the userkit of cosmos support threads

by this i mean like

Thread testThread = newThread(whatever goes here);
testThread.start();
because im am making a graphic game and need different threads to control for each charactor
it would all so help for making a clock
i welcome all advise

We dont support threads/processes yet, and probably wont for a bit. OUr focus is first on different aspects of the project (development experience/debugger mainly).
