Usb Support

Hi,

Im currently working on a mono/.Net Usb management assembly and it would be nice to add Cosmos to the list of OS that the driver built with this assembly will support.

TeamSite: http://sites.google.com/site/warrentteam/

UsbNet: http://code.google.com/p/usbnet/

I know that currently UsbNet license is not compatible with Go Cosmos New BSD License, but as soon as the API will be final i will release a Dll that will contain the abstract class to implement the device access that the driver use and under New BSD License so it could be used with Go Cosmos.

When this project will reach 1.0 millstone the UsbNet Dll will bring support Windows, Linux and Mac. So it will be easy to test the driver before releasing them for Cosmos.

Right now it is under active development but some critical feature are not implemented, i would like to plan ahead how the support for this could be added to Cosmos.

Edit: forgot to add that i never really used Cosmos and know next to nothing about it and would need some help to bring support for the driver built with UsbNet.
