You probably think I need help with this. But i'm going to help U!

I'm tired of seeing ppl post "windows? HOW!" and stuff like that.

So all u need is a class named Windows. (windows.cs) and inside there something like this

class Windows
 string windowname;
 uint wx;
 uint wy;
 uint wh;
 uint ww;
 // make new window function
 public Windows(string wname, uint x, uint y, uint h, uint w)
 windowname = wname;
 wx = x;
 wy = y;
 wh = h;
 ww = w;
 // open the window
 public void open()
 // code to open the window
 // close the window
 public void close()
 // code to close the window
// minimize the window
 public void minimize()
 // code to minimize the window
// maximize the window
 public void maximize()
 // code to maximize the window

 and then in program.cs put something like:

Windows newwindow = new Windows("New Window", 1, 1, 50, 30);

 // Call Open function to the newly created window;

 (and obviously a spot in the mouse loop for clicking buttons, moving window, etc... (using the given variables from Windows.cs) the above code is not complete, tested, or STOLEN :D i made it myself just now, its nothing big just a quick setup for newbs. please submit any edits u can
