Cosmos networking

Is Cosmos' network support (UDP I believe?) to a point to where a system could host a small packet server, receive packets and reply?  I mean in such a fashion as X works but on a very more rudimentary scale.

Not yet.. but its close last I looked.

My latest check-in made available full send and receive functionality for UDP. It is working fine as far as I know, but please do let me know of any bugs.

HOw's memory consumption? i think it allocates new objects on receiving and sending packets? If so, you'll quickly run out of memory.....
