Cosmos can be run independently of a virtual machine ?

If your question is can cosmos run on real hardware, then your answer is yes.

Incredible, But I try to mount OS to Hard Disk o Mobile, this is posiible?

If your BIOS supports booting from USB, which most do. Ive booted Cosmos off a USB stick many times.

And it depends on assembler? or X #? or it can run only with C #
